  Terrible experience! Roof was less then a month old and it was leaking. He would not return calls. After calling multiple times I finally made a BBB complaint it was closed because he said workmanship warranty does not transfer over. I purchased the home with the agreement the previous owners would replace the roof because of hail damage. So while I owned the home he replaced the roof. But i was not the one that paid him. What a loophole!

  Tim Bland is honest and dependable. I have referred him to clients for years and does excellent work with good products. The customers that I know that have used his company describe him as "honest & affordable"
  His crew did a roof for us and they arrived on time, cleaned up and were extremely efficient.
