  Waited for someone to help at the Christmas trees outside and asked twice for help. Customer service paged someone twice but no one showed up. That's great that they paged them, but after asking for the 3rd time, and about 10 minutes later, I asked to talk to a manager at which the associate said that they can page him at customer service and with attitude told me that she had no idea where anyone was to help me. Just frustrating when you want to give your business somewhere and they seem to not want it. Went across the street to Home Depot to get my $100 tree and had great service. Sorry Lowe's but might change to Home Depot customer now
